Collecting a T-Max 530 on 1st Sept in part-ex for the Deauville 700 which has given me excellent service since new 6 years ago. Will be sorry to see it go but time for a change...have lusted after a T-Max ever since reading Paul Blezard's glowing praise many years ago, and test riding a few for myself, including a 530 last year. The clincher was seeing one run rings around all the motorcycles in its group at the 1,000 Bikes at Mallory in 2013! And now 'circumstances' are allowing me to have one...
This will be my last new bike; my first bike was a Yamaha MF1 step-thru in Singapore in 1965...

Hello & Welcome to the forum.
As you can see from my profile I have a Doh! Ville, how much did you get for it trade-in against the T-Max ?

Thanks for coming back to me with that info. That's roughly what I was offered for my 08 plate with only 15,000 miles on the clock. I decided to hang on to mine for a while longer as it's a lot cheaper to insure than the much smaller bike I was interested in...
