Advice please for setting up my L1, 400 burger. I'm 13 stone and will no be carrying pillion passengers but no doubt will regularly fill the hold with shopping and beer. What settings are reccomended for the suspension and tyre pressure please. I wont be riding harshly and err on the comfortable side. Thanks in anticipation,
Eric

Hello eric, I have my suspension set to position 5 which is on the hard side. I like to throw it through corners and I do use the performance quite a bit. I also ride with a passenger sometimes and 5 is pretty good for that too. I've never gone up to the highest 7 position to even try it. 4 is a good place for most but the standard setting from the factory is 3. If you like to glide along on a carpet over rough town roads 2 is wonderful but not so good for fast work. Experiment is the best thing to find whats right for you. I use the standard tyre pressures of 25 front and 29 rear but find going up just 1psi on each wheel can sharpen things up. It's that sensitive. Passengers need 36psi in the rear, front remains the same. Good luck. Oh, I'm 6'2" and 13 stone.
