You shouldn't be surprised the thread has gone off on a tangent, very few people will want a spurt scooter with very poor underseat storage only available in black, so interest is almost guaranteed to fade pretty quickly.

No door is closed to an open mind.
Except a closed door, which a mind can't open, but even a stupid hand can.

Its sad rather than funny, makes you want to go up to whoever is in charge of designing new maxi scooters and kick them in the nuts.
Even the mighty Honda can't get their shit together to bring us a decent 400cc job.

Too busy building bat-bikes for wankers.
(which explains why the hanky in the storage bin is soggy)

Gn, don't you mean 'wankels'!
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Been riding for 54 years & owned too many bikes to list here...

I hope whenever it comes that it retains the commodious underseat storage and the luxurious ergonomics.

no sign of any 400cc Honda scoots for uk market then - surely an update to the 600 swing must be due.

You're wrong there mate, there was a FJS Silver Wing 400 from 2006-2009 on sale in Europe and elsewhere but Honda UK didn't add it to their line up. There's also a SW-T 400 Silver Wing currently on sale alongside the SW-T 600 model in Europe and elsewhere, but not in the UK.

It's just Honda UK that can't get their shit together.
Key word "decent", at 250kg the SW-T400 is a bit of a barge and has the absurd broken headlamp look.
The Silverwing 400 was also a fat bloater.
