Hi all,
My first visit to this forum, although I do visit a couple of others on and off.
As my username suggests I come from Essex. I am married with two adult daughters. I am 51 years old but have only been riding for two and a half years. I have my eldest daughter to thank for getting into riding as she pinched my car for Uni !!
It is probably the best thing that ever happened; I absolutely love my 45 mile round trip each day and of course it is a lot cheaper too 
I now ride a Beverly 350. Whilst I guess it isn't technically a maxi scoot, I enjoy reading and writing posts to all scooter riders and learning from those who have been riding for a lot longer than I have. I'd be reluctant to part with it anyway as it has the same name as my wife - so it doesn't matter if I talk in my sleep
Anyway, I look forward to being part of your forum.
