Early spring ride.

Well, Spring seems to be arriving so today I rode the Burgman to Lowestoft and back. I went by a pretty direct route using the A47 and A12 but returned by the A146 and A47.
The reason for the trip was to drop off a new jacket for my niece and to have a look at her new 650 Burgman. She had finally traded in my old (2005) 400 Burgman which had over 85000 miles on the clock. I was mightily impressed.

The trip to Lowestoft was pretty uneventful but the return trip was hairy on the A47 west of Peterborough. Diesel oil or something similar had been spilt on the road for a couple of miles.
