He does not cut the biker up, he is allowed to exit in the left lane, this is why you follow correct lane procedure and do not undertake on a roundabout. The biker put himself into all of this, nobody else. Had he ridden correctly then none of this would have occurred. Long horn blasts are treated as aggressive by the police and courts, it is only there to sound a warning.
This is no defence for the thugs though, their actions are all their own and should be in court ASAP
