Yes it was a nice day and good to meet loads of Muppets. I hope everybody had a good ride home, crossing the QE2 bridge in the winds was fun

A good day out. The weather could have been better though. Particularly the wind. I had a few 'brown trousers moments' getting there and coming back. Especially on the A14 in open areas passing farmland.

I should get a habit of using more volume and remember it's hard to hear and be heard on the bike. I was saying something like "There are still more (bikes) coming" as there were a couple of cars behind me and more bikes behind them and I wasn't sure if you saw them all or not.

I gave up with the A14 wind early on the return journey & went diagonally across to Market Harborough & then along the A5, the setting sun made it hard riding at any speed, with hindsight I should have stayed in Norfolk until the sun had fully set
