My previous was mhr mallossi when i put the jcosta i felt little bit speed from 20 km to 80 also the speed meter hang ftom 20 and jump to 80 km. From zero to 20km i felt weaker also above 100 km felt so hard to reach 150 km .i have 13 grams in rollers and rpm stop at 7 rpm.

welcome lad, had no relation with a j costa i have always used dr pulley weights in the standard variator as this gives great improvement for little money compared to mallossi and jcosta

you normally go 10 to 15% less than standard roller weights, there guide is here to find your ride

your standard variator with dr pulley rollers would be more than a match for either of the others, price dont come in to cheapness, you have paid for the metal which goes with the type of rollers, in both the other two... until you have tried the dr p then you wont know, the rollers in the j costa might be too heavy if not pulling over 7000 rpm, and they wear quick as well, just an oppinion, but many muppets go for dr p as you end up with long wearing rollers which last 20,000 miles and give you better accelleration and lower top speed rpm, one muppet not long ago had the pollili set up on his 530 but would rev too much and not be going anywhere , i think he has changed that now..
by the way which spark plugs are you using NGK CR7EIX ????

no the evo has different thin , like a chopped of finger for the weights  which go in their own made variator

dr p`s are used in the tmax standard variator and faceplate.

you need to see if you can get the Brisk AOR14LGS spark plugs near you, they will smooth out the ride and underrun and increase pick up

I have had a JCosta, but prefer the performance gained from using Dr Pulley sliding rollers and also sliders which will tighten up the variator so it doesn't rattle on lower revs. 16g rollers hit the sweet spot but I prefer 17g.

The Brisk sparkplugs michael has mentioned are also a good performance, power and mpg, modification.

You might also want to try a Sprint Air Filter to allow better intake, but not sure if dust may be more of an issue in Egypt?
