Due to hotel accommodation the date for the Euro trip is 18/06/16
I have booked this B.B for 12 of us , for 19/06/16 for 3 nights , at approximately £90 per person

For those who wish to camp there is a site 600 metres way Camping Municipal Avene De Verdun Arromanches http://www.arromanches.com/uk/camping_tarifs.htm
Some of us are stopping at the Travelodge on the 18/06/16 and getting the Eurotunnel on the 19/06/16

And some are thinking of catching the night ferry from Portsmouth on the 18/06/16 ,

well done Alan, we all owe you a beer or three for organising this. I recon the next step is to arrange a meet where everyone can pay their deposit and secure their place. If we get it sorted by the end of sept so everyone has a few weeks to get the deposit together, and we can find a meeting place ,maybe truckstop as its our usual haunt for a sunday brekky. Im getting all exited!! 
I'll start savingup now just for the Beer. I think I spent £300 in 3 days at Ypres
