Thinking ahead to next year and a possible location for a BIg Meeting what about this?
Elvington Air Museum near York.
I visited the museum this year on a Mass ride out for the Ride Of Honour and I was impressed Its not massive but had some unusual Aircraft on display. Its enough for an interesting visit but not so big to be over facing.
I know Duxford was on the expensive side but Elvington will do us a group admission for a fiver.
As its near York there's a lot of accommodation in the area and if we made it a Saturday meet followed by a Sunday Ride out for those who are interested in that sort of thing there's some very good riding routes.
I haven't got a date in mind yet, but if people could post there initial reaction to the above it would be useful.

Depends on family situation as we've got a baby coming out soon, but hopefully by the date we'll all be settled in, which means i'd be interested in this ride

Re: Next years Big Meet
Thanks
i meant the routine of feeding/nappies, etc to be in a manageable level so that my wife can do without me for a couple of days. Might not happen that early mind you, but if it's summer time, it's highly likely i might send her and the kids off to holiday and have the weekend all to myself by then

Burgmans have the perfect storage / Baby transport space under the seat. Convert a Top Box to Baby changing area and you're sorted.
