Hi
My name is Ken Ferguson and I am the owner of E Rider bikes. We sell electric scooters going from EAPC compliant 15 mph bikes which need no registration to a 60mph model. You can see them at eriderbikes.com.
Be delighted to answer any questions you have but we are convinced electric is the future. If you are interested and want a special discount send me a private message.
Cheers.
E Rider

The Model 60, like all the bikes, is made in China. Please don't turn your nose up- the Chinese have developed all the technology in these electric scooters themselves. They are very well made and we have been selling them for two years with almost no quality issues.
The Model 60 is awesome- the images don't really do it justice. Unfortunately I am not a biker so have not really put it through its paces as the torque and acceleration up to 40 MPH terrifies me. I did let a proper biker take it out but even he seemed afraid of it. If anyone lives near the Wirral and would like to ride it and post a review they're welcome.

Re: E Rider
welcome Ken, will type aproval now be done by the manufacturer regarding the larger electric scoots which need to be dvla registered, i read that early 2016 the law changes regarding this issue, so when you bring a scooter etc in from europe you dont need to send the scoot for the dvla random spot check when registering as its already type aproved by the manufacturer, or something like this

I cant seem to remember.. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way.
