Not cheeky, just plain dumb.
There wasn't any traffic behind so if he stopped behind Fishy would have been guaranteed getting through the lights and could then have passed the car at his leisure.
Odd that Fishy comments on purple cars wanting to be in front when it was him who effectively jumped a red light to get in front of a purple car...?
Maybe Fishy just likes having purple things up his arse

I did pass the car at my leisure ... luckily he was in a different lane and not up my arse as that would hurt ... red light jump just because i went into the cycle bit , I'm beginning to think you don't even ride
