Really that was my fault, I should have checked it over properly and seen that bearing was shagged before we left. It is pretty well put together; despite the much-derided Italian electrics, fact is this one's lived outside nearly all it's life and pretty much everything still works. The brake calipers could do with stripping and painting but those aside it's pretty well free of corrosion.
