Its not about right or wrong, its about you accepting that your safety is your responsibility and that you should not rely on dozy twats to always see you and give you right of way.
Nor should you be surprised when they don't, because it is inevitable and will continue to happen.
The one thing you can do about it is to modify your own attitude and behaviour.
I can't really see an incident on the video, just riding around.
I did see Mr Fish get upset (judging by the graphics) at one point but I couldn't see what caused that.

On the video:
at 0 min 50 sec. the grey SUV is at the give way line, and Mr Fish is doing 15mph and almost at his give way line - but he was several feet short of it
The SUV should have stopped
I've been in Mr fish's position many times - and stopped - because I didn't trust the car driver - if they wave me on then I go and thank them - if they go first, no problem
I never go charging over mini roundabouts when going staight on - I go slowly, looking left and right as I do so - half expecting something to come straight onto the mini roundabout from the side
Also, if I see a car charging up to any type of roundabout or road junction, I don't really expect them to stop - like I say, I don't trust car drivers
Screw the EU
I have no problem with authority, I just don't like being told what to do ... anarchist joke
