In case anyone's planning to ride in France and hasn't seen that a new regulation or two has come into force this month:

Pleased to hear you have all the stuff.

My reason for posting this is that there are people without your wealth of experience who may fall foul of new regulations unless they are made aware of them in advance.

Thanks for the tip, Waldorf. Maybe if Poole gets a functioning ferry this year, I'll finally make it across and get some use out of my "Ecosse" sticker!

So I take it inhelmet speakers are fine?

Do you really need the breathalizer? I can't drink due to medication I take so it seems a bit silly to have.

Dorset are on a drink-drive blitz, and the local bike cop reckons privately-bought breathalyzers shouldn't be relied on if your life licence or job depends on passing HIS tester!

Yes I think so and they are not imposing fines on breathalysers anyway .
