MT-03 (not the thumper) Surprisingly silent

After having been impressed with an R3 loan bike earlier last year I thought all it needed was to ditch the fairing and get some proper handlebars for a more upright riding position.
Rumours circulated that Yamaha were preparing just such a version of the R3 and it was eventually announced in the Autumn that it would be coming to the UK.
It has now arrived on Yamaha UK's website, the 2016 MT-03 is advertised for sale yet there has been zero publicity.
Seems odd to me that a bike with such huge potential can arrive completely unannounced.

first time Ive seen this. Its really nice, similar style to the new kwak 250sl. This new street bike style is growing on me, and a bonus of a single cylinder.

Oh no, this isn't a single, its a 44hp 320cc twin and goes like shit off a shovel.
Its more like the Z300 twin.
