Dear all,
It is with regret we have to announce the cancellation of The Road to the Arctic.
It is simply too much work to organise; and between other commitments we simply do not have the time to organise anything properly; on top of this, unfortunately being a free event we have been inundated with “maybe I’ll come along”
Our philosophy of not charging any entry fee appears to have backfired in that we have no idea of numbers, and amongst other logistical problems we have decided it would be best to cancel the event – it was a nice idea, but as with all ideas, some simply aren’t very good.
We do hope you all have an adventurous summer and find something equally ill-advised to participate in.
