Good to see everyone today, familiar and new faces. Another good turnout for a great cause.
Arrived back home at 6.30 pm and according to trip meter, 349 miles overall distance travelled. Probably about the limit distance wise on the little Vespa, as numb bum symptoms kicking in near to home.
Thanks for organising ride out Alan and the glorious weather.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery but today is a gift!

Roger, 350 miles on your GTS! It puts me to shame riding a whole 35 miles to the cafe.

Does anyone know how Frank got on? I left him waiting for the AA with a suspected faulty fuel pump.

Dear Mr Murphy

I would like to thank you for your donation of £170.00 to the North West Air Ambulance Charity received from your ride out on Sunday.

Without organisations like yours, we simply couldn’t continue to operate our helicopters and save lives every single day of the year.

For over 15 years, the North West Air Ambulance Charity has provided pre-hospital care needed to make a life-changing difference. We operate three air ambulance helicopters, flying 365 days a year, with doctors and paramedics on board providing advanced medical treatment within the vital minutes after an injury or severe illness. However, as a charity reliant on the generosity of people like you to keep our helicopters flying, we require vital funds each day just to continue to reach those that most need our service.

Anyone, of any age, anywhere, may one day need our emergency critical care. You never know when you may need us, but with your support today we can be there for you tomorrow.

We wouldn’t be here without you.

Thank you once again.
