Annoying things about your scooter

As the title reads, do you find anything annoying about your scooter? We're all quick to praise aspects of them
but honestly and out of curiosity is their something that annoys you. I will be be fair and start off.

My SYM Joymax. Filling the fuel tank. Cap/tank is in floor. But rather than opening directly into the tank the filling point is some weird off set part that makes getting the last litre or two in extremely long, tedious and prone to splashing and/or spilling out onto the ground!

The engine. It's nice enough but feels a bit dull under 6000rpm. It doesn't struggle or anything it just feels like it wants to go faster. Hit 6000rpm/60mph and it really comes to life! peak torque 6500rpm and max HP at 8000rpm. But the redline is also 8000rpm, so when going along a motorway at full throttle it has a great tendency to pass the redline and the limiter kicks in.

Still love the scooter though but those are the annoying aspects of owning an SYM Joymax.

Sounds like an interesting thread.
I've got a TMax 500. Now let's see...well there's, er... erm....um....
I can't think of anything really...  :D

Well...even Tmaxs have irritations! Every single model has a silly fuel tank that's really difficult to fill to the top - the pump stops with litres to go, and you to have to faff around squeezing the last 2 ltrs in. The keyless ignition on the mk6 annoys me, the fact that Yamaha dropped a piece of excellent design in the wet-chain final drive and put a daft belt drive on instead, the silly looking jacked up exhaust silencer on mk3 onwards, the rear hinged seat makes fitting rear seat luggage packs difficult.....I could go on....

It's fuel gauge and the fact that it needs cleaning all the time.

Other than that it's all good

The seat on my SH300 is too high for my legs, the underseat storage is fractionally too small for my flip-front helmet.

The filling the fuel tank thing, on pretty much every modern bike really...
And I would LOVE a light in the filler neck on the Forza, because to compound things it's like the black hole of Calcutta and you can't even see what you're doing.
Preferable not a naked flame though!

I can't really say I've noticed a problem with filling my Mk 3, Mr G. And the other things don't apply on it. If I had to have a moan then probably I'd have to say seat height, and maybe difficult battery access.
