Fitting a Heated seat from a Dx T Max 530 to a standard 530 Mk 6

I have bought a new heated seat from a Mk 6 T Max 530 DX . I have a standard T Max with no heated seat. My question is where is the block to plug the lead into ? The lead comes from the rear underneath of the seat so maybe an inner panel needs to come off . I had heated grips fitted and they work from the menu scroll . Anyone done it or get any ideas ?

I can't help too much, but I have read it does plug in and operate via the menu scroll
