Hello everyone my names bill and I’ve just bought a 2015 joymax 300i been riding it for couple of days now and I’m loving it wot a comfortable scootercan anyone tell me how to adjust rear shocks the part you’re meant to turn with c spanner won’t move or is their a knack to it

Not got a Joymax but it makes things easier if the bike is on the center stand with the wheel off the ground.

They can be very stiff or seized if a scoot or bike is left out exposed to the weather as it's not something you move a lot. If you can, attach a longer bar to the C spanner to get a bit more leverage.

Perhaps completely irrelevant but I bought a used Suzuki GSX1400 some years ago, and the shock adjusters would not budge. After riding it for a couple of thousand miles they freed up.

My assumption was that they seized temporarily because the bike was stood for some time.

Likewise the Gilera Nexus I bought new in 2006. The shock adjuster on that was seized solid from new.

The dealer ordered a new one, and the existing one freed itself up during the 4 week wait. I subsequently found out that the bike was a 2004 model and had sat in the showroom for 2 years.

Yours might just need riding a bit to free it up.

The ones on my old SH125 stiffed up for a while...
Qualty after market C spaner - not the ill fitying 2 part item from the underseat toolkit.
A good flush out with something like plus-gas rather than just wd40
Work the adjuster back nforth a bit...
Then a squirt of spray grease...
Just keep flushing, lubing, and movin'
