I’m Tom - I joined this forum back in 2016 after a holiday in Menorca and discovering the enjoyment of island exploration on a maxi scoot! I was originally looking for friendly advice on buying a commuter scoot (was riding a Bonneville at the time) and ended up getting hold of a Gilera Nexus 250.
Had an excellent time on the Nexus for a year until it finally gave up and I replaced it with a Kawasaki Versys 650, which I bought thinking I’d give geared bikes another chance... regretted the decision shortly afterwards! Ended up with a little Forza 125 a few months later which I’ve thoroughly enjoyed commuting on for the last 2 years.
I’ve now just sold the Forza and am excited to be getting my hands on a new Xmax 300 tomorrow morning!
Fingers crossed for some better weather eh?
