The “best” bike I owned (meaning reliability, ease of looking after, plenty of grunt, great to ride, owned by thousands of couriers, bulletproof etc) was my Kawasaki gt750. I got it about thirty years ago and it was then about six years years old with 18k on the clock. It was in remarkable condition for then. I sold it about three years later for more than I paid and I’d ridden about 20k on it. I’d love to have that bike back...
