New Year Greetings

It’s the season where we wish each other a Happy Chrissy but it rather looks as though Christmas this year will be anything but Happy!
In all those areas now being placed in this new Tier 4 introduced by our government however nice it may seem to just ignore and carry on as usual - please don’t because one thing’s for certain - just as the original Covid 19 struck earlier in the year NONE OF US knows what the new more severe strains of the virus are likely to do and I personally doubt that anyone reading this would wish to loose a relative as a result of a thoughtless act.
Let’s all help one-another by being as safe as it is possible to be which means NOT gallivanting around on our bikes.
Cheers All.....

Jim

As usual now, I will be on my own on Christmas Day although I won't have to cook as my kind and generous next-door neighbours are sending round dinner for me as they did last year. They were going to invite me in this year but there are already six of them.

I had to adjust years ago but it's no big deal, especially for those in bubbles who have some company on the day.

I try to look on the bright side: if I snore when I fall asleep in front of the Box when I've eaten and chosen the programme I want to watch it won't disturb anyone!

Merry Christmas, everyone!

So far I've lost 3 member of my extended family to covid. Last funeral was just one month ago. A 54yr old previously very healthy person taken in just 3 weeks by covid. Unbelievable almost.

Anyhoo, thanks all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! It's all going to be ok!

Jim, I'll call you in the new year mate. Take care.

Ian
