2012 Burgman 650 Ignition wiring following hot wire attempt!

Hello folks,

I do hope you can help. My 2012 Burgman 650 Executive was stolen the night before last. I've got it back, but they tried to hotwire it and cut both sides of the connector.

I've only got the loom side of the connector and I can't work out what needs connecting to what.

On the loom side there is:
yellow & blue
yellow and red
yellow and orange
black and white

On the switch side there is:
yellow
red
green
black

Can anyone tell me which should be connected to what, please?

Thanks and best

Tim

Here is a page from the only workshop manual I could find showing the ignition switch wiring. The colours may be different to your model but you should be able to trace them by function if you have a suitable meter.
Colour codes are
R = red
O = orange
O/B = orange with black tracer
B/W = Black with white tracer
O/G = orange with green tracer
Br = Brown

Thank you, Roadster, but the colours don't match mine. I bought a download for a full workshop manual up to 2012, but that didn't match, either.

In the end went to the site where the Burger was found and did a detailed search. Eventually found the other half of the connector. Solved the colour matching but still got a CHEC error. Jumped a blown 10 amp micro fuse, engine starts. Just need to tidy it all up now. Phew. Thanks again.
