New Helix owner

Post by Flybot »

Hi All,
I'm new here after just buying myself a Honda Helix project. I'm not new to motorbikes but I am new to Maxi's and I'm excited to start off with this rare gem.
Looking forward to connecting with other Helix owners in the UK.
Cheers

Hello, did you find your Helix in Bingley per chance?

Where are you based?

There is lots of info re the Helix on the web but if you need any help, feel free to ask.

Hi Graham
Yes it’s from Bingley although I’m in Sussex. I’ll restore the Helix over the coming months. First just mechanically and drive it around a bit before real winter hits and then maybe strip it all back and repaint it over the winter. I’m not fully sure hey. I’ve already got all the panels off and getting my head around it. They’re certainly well designed aren’t they!
Happy to be part of the Helix crew here.
Regards
Flynn

Hi - and welcome to forum - and the best classic bike ever designed, well that's my opinion because I love mine.
