Hi all,
Mid-fifties motorcyclist with dodgy hips here. I've ridden since a teenager, and have no plans to give up anytime soon. The bikes have been sold, apart from a iron block Royal Enfield Bullet for rattling around the lanes down here in Devon.
For the last two years, I've been enjoying maxi-scoots instead. First an early 400 Burgman, replaced by a Silverwing 600. It does everything I used to do on the big tourers, but more comfortably and with better luggage capacity.
I'm no stranger to the spanners, nor to long distance riding at home and abroad.
