Any idea what this is all about,i have looked through the manual and the troubleshooting section Honda Forza 750 2021….this morning was the first time I noticed it,bike runs and rides ok,all the different drive modes work,stops ok,starts ok…..

I've no idea - it looks as if you've half set something, but it wants you to press the equivalent of 'OK'. But you'd have thought it would have forgotten about it if you hadn't finished the operation.

Is it the number of services that have been carried out by a Honda dealer.

Found an online manual which on Page 30 (actually p.33 of the pdf) shows that your image shows the 3rd screen out of the 4 INFO AREA screens available.
