Thanks for allowing me to join this group.

I have a blown rear shock that needs replacing....I should have changed the spring earlier as I'm 21 stone and my wife is 15 stone.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to but another shock along with an upgraded spring.

Also do I need to remove the side panels and belly plate to remove the show?
The shock is right underneath the bike so it doesn't look easy.
