Forza 350 modifications

Post by Jonny5 »

Hi all. New to this group.
Anyone out there made modifications to their Honda forza 350 ?
If so, which ones and did it make the scoot better or worse.
Thanks in advance.

Ps. Asking as I've just bought one. Main issue for me is comfort and least wind noise possible.
Thanks again for any replies 👍

For comfort try a gel seat pad. I have one and it eliminates 'numb bum' on long rides. As far as wind noise is concerned how about a wider screen? They should be available. Or maybe a screen spoiler. To add l little to the height.

I’ve added a Givi Maxia for max storage. Also have a “Beeline” sat nav (if you haven’t heard of them I thoroughly recommend one, so easy to use, intuitive and easy to store, carry) and mount. I fitted a Givi D1187ST clear screen to replace original. This is a great bit of kit for relatively small bucks (I think I paid about £85 from BrandedBiker) it’s taller and wider than Honda screen and really does protect from elements. Minister recommends gel seat pad? Just be aware that for short legs like mine (28” inside leg) this won’t work as the seat becomes too high, that’s my advice anyway. If your legs are longer then probably fine. Hope you are enjoying the ride? I love mine.

I have the Givi Screen and top box rack.

Chinese unbranded hand guards.

Quad mount wireless charger on a home made bar.

I really didn't get on with Beeline and sent it back. It's fine at a crossroads where you can stop and let it decide to point in the right direction, no use what so ever on a former roundabout with 5 lanes, traffic lights and 6 exits. Google maps shows you and tells you (headset via the Honda app) much more.

I'm waiting for details of the 2025 model, seen details on Youtube, and will make my mind up which year model to buy.

Bead seat, Givi screen, rack and top box, side crash bars, RAM mount in centre of handlebars (I removed the cover), mount for GPS behind the screen.

I didn't think of the gel seat pad/ seat height thing. I am 29 inside leg myself and the Forza seat is quite high anyway. I will have to try mine.

The Givi screen - does it still go up and down like the standard screen? If so I will consider one for mine. I already have the rack/top box and it came with a GPS/phone mounting in the middle of the handlebars.

Not sure if it's height or width but it doesn't help those of us who are vertically challenged that's for sure.

As a short@r$e I took to wearing cycling shorts that have gel built in. Can feel a bit John Wayne/unfortunate toddler off the bike, but works. You aren't meant to dance in the things.

I don't find the Forza seat a problem comfort wise. It helps that there are an infinite number of positions between "Harley" and "Pizza delivery might not get paid, heels back, head tucked in". I've done 450 mile days, put the tent up and spent the night in the bar. You don't do that on some other machinery (CB500X, NC750S etc.).

Yes. There are a couple of wood screws at insane angles to get the cover off but the Givi screen mounts easy enough to the runners the OE one is on. Goes up and down on the button just the same.

It's a bit wider where it meets the fairing and does foul my hand guards if they ride up, but it's taller so moves the "bubble" above the helmet at higher speeds. You do look through it more than over, so needs cleaning more in foul weather.
