Xadv 22 not engaging neutral

Hi, i have a Honda X Adv 22 model, sometimes when I press the N switch it wont go into neutral when I stop. Then when i press many times the N button the symbol '-' appears. Then I switch off and back on and it goss to neurtal.

Hi and have you tried resetting the DCT?

DCT RESET

Start the engine.
Select N
Stop the engine.
While pressing D, switch the ignition on, wait until the yellow ‘engine' symbol goes out on the dash, then release D
Press in fast sequence: DDNDN
On the dash, the letters D and S should appear together
Restart engine, allow it to idle.
After a few seconds, the letters D and S should go out.

I saw on Facebook someone having issues when the sidestand switch was damaged. Hopefully not this problem for you!
