i had a 2022 honda forza 125 and i am now looking at a 2021 pcx ,i see they both have a esp+ engine but wondered if they were both the same esp+ engines ?
im quite heave but used to nip up the motorway to the next junction on my forza and speed wise it was ok but i would not choose to use it for long motorway journeys

The Forza 125, PCX 125 and SH125 share the same ESP+ motor.
Whether the variator transmission and clutch are exactly the same, I don't know.

The motors are similar but power outputs alter on the 125 engines, they have found nearly a couple of extra horses on the Forza 125. (wonder how).
When I compare the 125 and 350 Forza's I come to the conclusion the 125 makes more sense taking into account the saving on fuel and running costs, 125's are cheaper on parts and tyres.

thanks for reply's im begining to wounder if i would be better off with a slightly older one that would not have the worry of potential immobiliser faults in the future and have other options to make to increase the power if needed

2 years ago I went to buy a Forza 125 brand new, my dealer said I would be better off with a motorcycle, the Forza (keyless) are prone to damage by attempted thefts resulting in the scooter being written off.
Fair enough I took his advice and came away with the ex-demo NC750x with comfort pack, exchanging a Silver Wing and CBF125.
I've taken out a 350cc Forza demo bike 2024 model and like it, but I'm sure a 125 will suit me better now. Keeping my NC for longer UK trips.
