I am trying to adjust the left side headlight beam. The brown suzuki service manual shows the diagram (chapter 8-29) of the two adjusters A for vertical & B for horizontal, but says adjust using a screw driver (mine are 10mm bolts) and I can reach and turn them no problem BUT it is having zero effect on moving the beam. How do I resolve this ?
