My name is Mark, I am in my mid 60's. I live in South Wales.
I have owned a Burgman 650 since last July, and I love it.
I had to move away from manual gearbox bikes owing to a deformity in my left hand. I am waiting for surgery on my hand, but given the state the NHS is in, I guess I'll be in my 80's by the time I get it.
No regrets getting the Burgman at all. I plan doing as much of the maintenance that I can, myself. I replaced the rear shocks yesterday and am paying the price today... , everything aches after spending most of the afternoon on the garage floor.
Next job is to replace the front fork oil, maybe not today though....!

You're in good company on here, there's a good many who have moved from " proper" bikes to twist and go, some due to various problems riding manual bikes.
