Had a ride up to Coalville, weather was good for riding, rain expected for the next couple of days, just over an hour for me,i last went there when i had my Harley which is probably 20 years ago,my Draggin jeans have been good to me,they are probably a good 10 years old, been washed a few times,so are a bit faded,,plus they are getting ever more difficult to do up
so i treated myself to a pair of JTS Cool Rider AAA Rated jeans,Kevlar supplied with knee and hips armour,i often wore thermals under my Draggin jeans, but i don’t think i will need to with these JTS jeans, plenty to look at in the store, plus they have a warehouse to cater for short legged fat gits like me
the AAA rated is obviously to do with CE armour they are stretch to allow for that little bit of growth after a hearty breakfast, wore them around the home when i got back for an hour and they felt good.
Not sat on the bike yet with them on,but i definitely needed a belt,so could always release the belt one notch if needed, the shop staff seemed very friendly,i tried on a few pairs which meant they needed to go out to the warehouse a couple of times, they made me a tea and most importantly had. Customer toilet, plenty of parking out back.
