I've finally decided to sell my lovely 600 Divvy.
I have owned the bike for 5 years.
It was stored in a main Yamaha dealership's lockup for the best part of 20 years.
To put it back on the road it had a brand new Yuasa battery, a new set of Michelins, a new set of NGK plugs, a pair of genuine Yamaha fork seals, and new fuel hoses and carburettor seals so it can run happily on E10, though I've only ever used E5.
The carburettors were stripped and cleaned in an ultrasonic tank. Since then I've added the fork gaiters, front mudguard extender, a Givi rack, changed the oil and filter many times and had two new sets of EBC sintered brake pads fitted 600 miles ago.
Mileage is just under 9700 miles and M.O.T runs to June 2026.
It resembles a 5 year old bike that's been well looked after, more than a 28 year old one.
Spares are still available new, and because Yamaha sold truckloads of the Diversions, used ones are plentiful, too.
I have loved owning this one with it's distinctive colour scheme. The Baglux colour coded tank cover is a great piece of kit, too and I'll throw in a genuine Baglux tank bag that clips to it.
Genuine reason for sale. Since my riding buddy and best friend died, it has no purpose for me any longer.
It is hopefully being replaced with a C125 Supercub if I find the right one.
I've put it on Facebook Marketplace and said no offers. However for members on here and on c90club, I will consider offers.
Collection is from me in Southwick BN42, and cash is preferred, or a cleared bank transfer prior to collection.
