Insurance oddity

Something unusual has happened insurance wise... got my renewal today and the premium has halved! Same broker, same insurer (Aviva). OK the previous year was complex with my fault claim after my accident, the writing off of my 2017 Tmax and the acquisition of the ADV350, whilst this year has been rather quiet. But such a big reduction seems odd - its now only £123 for both scoots!

Read very carefully what they've insured you for.
You have another year claims free, your bike is a year older, it isn't new to you. All positives, but I still don't trust the &@$£@€$. If they've got one digit wrong on the post code it explains all and you aren't insured.
I possibly related my SuperCub semi-hassle? Seems they think they come in two versions, automatic and manual. The manual is more to insure, but they struggle to understand how the same registration can jump from one to the other

That's what I said. Computer said no. All got sorted when the call centre lady spoke to someone human in the back office. It's a minor inconvenience having to voice call when they promised click here to buy. I e-mailed myself the call transcript with her name, time etc. because I'm afraid I trust them not to revert to computer sez no about as far as I can throw said server.
