The camera is a GoPro HD Hero and was mounted on top of my helmet facing rearwards. Neede to be pointing down by another 10-15 degrees.

Resolution set to 720p on this occasion which gives a rather wide field of view.

The rider directly behind my bike (with the Union Flag displayed) is ridden by Alan (Zoon Zoom Grandad) (and without gloves as has been pointed out to me on another forum....tut, tut!)
