Are you sure the dealer properly attempted a repair by splitting the crankcase and re-sealing the joint, or did they just smear some Hermatite over the joint and hope you would go away?
Even if the fault is caused by a blocked breather, the crankcase joint is the last place you want to see a leak coming from as it's a major job to fix. Engine out, barrel off transmission removed....
