dam oil leak

right the burger has a little oil leak witch has been seen too by the main dealer under the warranty. all good.
no they found oil coming from the join in the crank case and changed the seals all round, but it seams to still be there now this leak only happens if i take it for a run at 70 mph for any length of time. now due to belt wear its running at 8000rpm to hit a true sat nav 70 mph when im pottering around at 50/60 mph its fine dry as a bone. now there is no oil in the airbox at all. and its got both me and the dealer at a loss. can any of you guys shed any light on this? if so maybe you wonna try opening a suzuki main dealer

Not knowing specifically about burgers, but the Piaggio motors have a small reed valve in the engine cover over the crankcase breather. If this gets stuck it may prevent the breather from functioning. Excessive crankcase pressure will then look for an alternative exit via the weakest gasket.
Test to see if the breather pipe is blocked or has got nipped somehow.
A little dampness in the air box is normal, totally dry is unusual.
which joint is leaking, the main crankcase halves, or the one to the flywheel?

Also check the breather hose (and others while you're at it) for integrity. My Burger is a little older, but when we went through it after I bought it, we found dry rot prevalent.

It's define coming from the join in the crank case just behind the rear wheel. Maybe a blocked breather?

There is no oil way or gallery between crankcase halves so it's a straight forward leak caused by internal pressure, unless there is an inherent fault in the casting where someone has been wedging the halves apart with a screwdriver!
Are you sure the dealer properly attempted a repair by splitting the crankcase and re-sealing the joint, or did they just smear some Hermatite over the joint and hope you would go away?
Even if the fault is caused by a blocked breather, the crankcase joint is the last place you want to see a leak coming from as it's a major job to fix. Engine out, barrel off transmission removed....

Im sad too say it is but sad for orwell motor cycles of Ipswich as it is there problem to fix not mine they sold it to me like it as its leeked from day one but werrenty should take care of that.
