Hi all, if it's good weather next weekend, we will be going to this festival probably on the Saturday? We have been before and found it to be a good day out and of course Stratford is a nice place to be at any time.
We usually manage to park on the pavement (its very wide) between trees by the theatre in waterside, however there are road closures in force so would have to access it from sheep street, (google maps will explain )
If anyone knows a better place to park we are willing to listen, however looking at the towns car parks it only lists one motorcycle parking for 15 bikes? There used to be a massive one but gone now apparently?
Anyone is obviously welcome to join us, Hell it might even be of interest to your partner's?
If anyone can post the Google map of the theatre area with the road names on then please do it for us, I still can't master it on this forum!

Have you ever been to the Butterfly Farm? It's a great place to go on a really cold day. It's like having a day out in the Caribbean
There's a big carpark nearby and I believe you can walk across the cycle bridge to the theatre side.

Hi Ray, if you could do a recce that would be great to find us a muster point?
I believe the car park you are all talking about which quite a size, has now been redeveloped and now only 15 spaces?
Your map was ok same as was looking at, the road closures will be
Bridge street
Union street
Meer street
Henley street
And waterside from bridge street corner to sheep street, this info is from their website.
Waterside is where I have parked in past, but do notice it's one way, hence the approach from sheep street
The church further along is where Shakespeare's grave is
