First motorbike
Was just reminiscing about old times about fifty one yrs ago to be precise and thought about my first proper motorbike which was a BSA C I I it seemed very big and heavy at the time, then I bought a Triumph Tigress 250cc in Blue which seemed extremely powerful at the time, next was an Ariel Leader minus all the fairing which was pretty awesome at the time then came my Mod era and my little Vespa with lots of mirrors and a furry backrest,to be continued!

Re: First motorbike
My first proper Motorbike was a 1975 MZ TS150
After having mopeds before that I thought it was so fast!
Passed my Test on it in 1979 when I was 17

Ah, those were the days.
Re: First motorbike
When I was at 6th form and all my mates were on TS50ERs bought on the tick, I had a Puch MS50 that cost £20 out of the 'Under £50' column of the Manchester Evening News Same year as this one, but mine had a single seat and only two gears.

Re: First motorbike
Suzuki TS90 bought in 1971 was my first motorbike. My first set of powered two wheels was a Lambretta TV 175 mark 2 purchased in 1967. When I met my then girlfriend in 1972, one machine had too go and sadly the lambretta lost out. If only I had known then what they are fetching now!
Still on the positive side for me, I am still with the same lovely lady 40 plus years on!
