I followed an MP3 the other day and it reminded me how often before I've thought that it looks like the rider has their foot out, then I saw this pic on Visordown tonight.masterchop wrote:If i really squint at tht picture i know what you mean. does that mean your eyesight isnt the best
Yes...Ducati thought his success was down to to their bike, despite the fact that absolutely no-one else could ride it. And they still can't get it sorted.....gn2 wrote: Bet they wish they had kept Stoner, how stupid do they look now.
Strongly suspect Ducati couldn't have done anything to keep Stoner, Honda were dedicated to getting last 800c championship I think I heard they had $450mn budget, Yamaha's was $300mn & no idea about Ducati. Livio Suppo moving from Ducati the year before was the first step in their master plan.MrGrumpy wrote:Yes...Ducati thought his success was down to to their bike, despite the fact that absolutely no-one else could ride it. I much prefer him to Rossi.poldark wrote:Have to say I'm not a fan of his "character", but Casey has been proven to be a great rider, moreso since he left Ducati.
May be different this year?scorpakid wrote:i hardly watch it now.... 17 riders on the grid last year.... is it 21 this year.?... its gone all corporate.... there are no backmarkers anymore...there are no local heroes.(wild cards) that know the track well and give the stars a run for a few laps... there are no bikes for small teams to buy and compete with....
its lacking something..
