Funnily what Ferrit said was what happened on my Bike Safe.

Hi, Is that right, you felt that they just wanted speed from you?

It seemed all about progress and speed (bearing in mind you have limits with a 250 scoot say against a 500 motorbike).

I had to bit my lip a few times.

I am all for overtaking, but when I get told off for not overtaking on a narrow country lane when I and the car in front were both doing 55 seems silly to risk my life for an extra 5 mph. No overtake is 100% safe no matter how well it is planned.

Totally agree. I was told off for doing the same but was also approaching a 30 limit about 1/4 mile ahead. The BikeSafe chap called me a liar in as many words a few times when I said I could of overtook if I wanted but didn't feel the need to.

Later on the afternoon when I had enough I actually gave the Leo a hard ride I was told off for going too fast down a road that I know very well and know the hidden enterances etc.
