Bike 4 Life - The Summer Run - 01/07/12

Post by melpotter »

Any one thinking of doing this sponsored event for the Midlands Air Ambulance?

Sounds like it could be fun.

Bike4Life Summer Run - 1st July 2012

This is the 3rd year of the Bike 4 Life Summer Run and this is one not to be missed! The ride out will start at the Birmingham Bees RFC Training Ground (home of the Boring Old Fartz Mcc) which is just off Junction 3 of the M42. We will ride out again to the RAF Museum at Cosford, taking in some of the best biking routes through Worcestershire and Shropshire.

With a rock band, fun fair and BBQ at the end of the ride, this will be a summer biker party to remember. It’s FREE to enter, you'll just be asked for a donation of choice on the day.

Registration is now open.

Once registered you will receive an email that includes instructions on times and confirmation of entry to the ride out.

On the day of the event you will be issued with the route map and a tag for your bike to confirm your place in the ride out.

Remember, to gain entry to the event each rider must be registered.

If in the meantime you would like to know more, about Bike 4 Life Summer Run please email us at bike4life@midlandsairambulance.com

I haven't lost my mind, it's backed up on tape somewhere.

Won't you be coming down the M6 from Stoke then?

I was thinking Junction 13 might be a good place, but I'll go with the A5 as suggested if you know a route from there? :D

No I didn't get anything either, had to register again just so I could download the joining instructions. Here's a link to them if you need it. https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B57shx ... UVtOGsyMU0
