What have you done to your Scooter today?

I had the plastic underbelly off the xmax yesterday while trying to sort out the overheating problem...nuff said , anyway the fuel tank under support plate was rusted over so I've took it off and used some rust-eeze gel on the frame mounts for it, then painted them. I'm taking the support plate into work and get it blasted and double coated.

Went along the old kent rd today at 8.30am..My god 1st time for many years,Came back at approx 5.15 pm Even worse.every day this week,why do the cagers do this jornery at these times beats me.

Went to start the xmax this morning at 5.15 and realized the end of the key was snapped , so I had to get a taxi to work, got back at tea time ready to strip the plastics off to get to the ignition.. then noticed the key -end was on the ground , anyway found the spare keys & went to start it up...no joy, turning over but not firing... And the the battery died!.. fecking sick so I've put a holiday in for 2moro and its off to th local garage.

Changed oil on Swing, rode it to Canterbury to take a second look at a Beverly Sport Touring, thinking about trading in the Burgman 650 when I come back from Brittany in September.

FAO Tall Paul. Does the Scoot have an chip in the key? What you describe suggests the spare is not chipped as it turns but does not fire. Of couse I could be completely wrong!

Got a new name for my tmax from VFR owner colleague, called it my 'white rocket machine' . made my day !!

Had a relaxed mid-day ride into work on the rocket machine. Had a call from Yamabits today about the tmax sports screen I ordered last month. Apparently it's been held up at my local Parcel Force depot awaiting a VAT payment to be paid. (Yamabits are Jersey based.) Yamabits are paying if for me so expecting delivery later today. They can't be making much money on this sale what with the double vat they've paid (maybe they can reclaim it). I paid £63.65 for it. Also got some scuff protection stick-ons from them.
