So do I. But it's gotta have ABS! Actually everyone I have talked to about the belt drive says it makes a horrible whiny noise compared to the old chain...

What over your C600 Sport ? How are you getting on with it ? i was so close to trading my Mk 3 T max for a C600 but the money was too much . How is yours now you've had it a while ?

I would have bought the TMAX over the BM had the ABS version been available. I'm not so sure now as the BMW is so nice to ride, but slightly less agile in the urban environment than the TMAX. That doesn't bother me as I tend to ride the Beverley in town. I really like the BMW's power and the way it sounds. I still have only done about 400 miles on it, most of that thrashing around the Kent countryside on IAM observed rides.

Whiny noises? Doesn't sound good, though I wear earplugs every ride so perhaps I woudn't hear it! So it sounds like I really do need to try a mk4 Tmax before I buy one, but basically there are no demonstrators at all, anywhere in Northern England. I've asked Yamaha!
