Or do it yourself for next to nothing.
Interesting thing for you to bring up given the particular servicing requirements of the Bev 350ST's braking system...

Re: Piaggio Bev 350
I pointed out in that thread that your poor test ride experience must have been due to utter neglect by the dealer in setting up and maintaining the bike and has nothing to do with any normal experience of the Bev. Nobody I've seen here or on other forums has had such an awful time with them. I certainly haven't, mine has been completely trouble free, handles well, is slim enough to cut through heavy town traffic whilst able to cruise easily at motorway speeds with power in reserve, is economical, long service intervals, ABS, traction control, has excellent storage space and in my personal opinion it looks great. Plus I have a decent dealer which makes a huge difference.Steve_D wrote:I had all but made my mind up to buy one until I had a good test ride on one last year. Implying that they are all rubbish therefore because of your isolated poor experience cannot be true. I understand that you were put off but surely you can see that it is wrong to condemn the whole model based on the problems you had which are almost certainly not due to the bike itself but to an appalling dealer.
If there was widescale problems with the Bev, we would have heard about it, and how, on the discussion boards. That's because people who are satisfied don't write nearly as much as those who have problems.

Re: Piaggio Bev 350
Just to provide some balance I had a really enjoyable test ride last year and was very impressed with the stability, performance and comfort of the B350, the brakes were the best I've experienced on any scoot and the large wheels made it handle very well.
I would very happily have one tomorrow, if only someone gave me the money!
