Re: New Sym??
Interesting. So we can have either a 300 with 29hp, a 400 with 33hp or the 600 with ABS but unknown hp. £4299, £5499 or £5999 respectively.
Any idea on the service intervals? And what the 600 power output is?

Re: New Sym??
I've Googled it and is almost no information out there which is a shame. Sym seem to make cracking scooters and this one could be great value for money. Plus a 600cc single should be a chunky beast.

Re: New Sym??
Likewise, not much info from google... I love it though! Excellent price and shape. I always liked the 400 but preferred burgman over it as you can find much more 2nd hand burgmans. If i was in the market for a brand new maxi, i'd definitely go for the 600. Can't beat it in price...

Re: New Sym??
Such priorities - Sym tell you the power output of the headlight bulbs, but not the Engine!!!
Do we actually know it will be a single? Surely a twin would be better...

Re: New Sym??
It mentions it's a single in the spec list, it would be like having half of my Guzzi back haha!

Re: New Sym??
There's hardly any physical difference between The 600i and 400i.
A 599 565cc single 'thumper' on a Maxi-Scoot!!!
I wonder how well it'll outpace the BMW & Tmax. Of course, it won't feel as 'refined'...

Re: New Sym??
Now that is interesting! It's got my attention and I now need to get a test ride! I love single cylinder engines...
Well done Smeghead for find it.
Edit: just found this. Maxsym 600i review: (not a road test review) http://www.scootermoped.net/2012-sym-ma ... eview.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It looks 'proper' if you know what I mean. Although I am happy with my Majesty I would like a go, just for scientific comparison reasons.
