Maxi muppets Nz members trip to Southwards Musem

Post by FlyRay »

Maxi scootnz organised a trip with 2 other muppets including myself and we thought you might be interested in some of these photos we took.

The place we went to was Southwards Museum. This muesem is one of the best in the southern hemisphere; it is our best kept secret. If you ever get down under it is worth a visit. It was a good day had by all.

Brilliant pics! The Werner's carburettor flashed me back a few years. Henry Crun's car dies as they're speeding along, Min asks "What's wrong?", and Henry replies, "The wick in the engine's gone out!"
I wake up every morning with a smile upon my face,
My natural exuberance spills out all over the place!

Hey maxiscoot enjoyed the day with everyone else. Felt good to get back on the silver majesty 250 after 7 months. Next ride is going to be the one with the highway to no where. Good day out with our fellow scooter riders. 8-)

Hope you bring the camera along on the trip to the forgotten highway and i hope we have a few scooter buddies to come a long. Be nice to meet that 80 yr old from Wanganui with the Tmax 500. Hope everyone ready and willing to go. 8-)

I lived in NZ for a year 2000-01, didn't manage to see this place but visited Steam Incorporated just up the road at Paekakariki which was pretty cool. Lovely collection, was that Helix in the car park one of the exhibits too? ;)

Fantastic country, I would love to go back there one day and ride it rather than drive like last time 8-)
