actually when i bought mine and second day (sat) was a lovely day so went for a 30+ mile ride over biggin hill and westeram then came back towards croyden and thought i would call in at dobles for a leak... parked outside and a salesman came over and shook my hand and said welcome michael :!: as it turns out an old boy was going to see them as he had a gammy knee and was not getting on with his j300, not surprising, god knows why he would buy one with a dodgy knee, it was weird having same name :lol: :lol: anyways if you were looking for one,the topbox was about £300 for the kawa one although i did not like it and the screen was £115 so all in all a run in scoot ha ha with them being the kawa ones they also get two years warranty.. to say he had a gammy knee he did some miles and probably the first one registered in uk being a 63 plate
I cant seem to remember.. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way.

Just a wee bit of friendly leg pulling banter.
My Forza has 6600 miles on and will probably have its 8000 mile service done towards the end of May at which time it will be eight months old.
6600 miles....... J300........... three services.......?

i know lad only joking :D living in scotland are you going to stick with the 10w 30 oil or would you consider using 5 w grade as has a better cold weather fluidity.. when all things considered you made a wise choice with regards to service intervals considering the amount of miles you do, which isnt a factor for myself :D so have you thought of when time to change price, starts to reflect milage trade in price, do you think 2 years is about the good time :?:

There's a cheaper one with much fewer miles here...

No ABS, though they claim it has.

good find, the listing states its the SC300BEFA which is the code for J300 ABS Special Edition... they may have tken the abs markings off the front mudguard :?: has £450 extras too... and in High Wickham Bucks too http://www.powerbiking.co.uk/yamaha-Locator.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
its a funny world... i am taking my daughter to high wickham at 11am as they have been visiting us over easter, i know that Yamaha dealer, i tend to pop in when the girls go to the shops :D hate window shopping.. unless its scoots :lol:

Whatever the dealer sticks in it will be fine by me.

I intend keeping it for a minimum of three years.
Might hang on to it for longer, time will tell.

The poor souls are probably confused by the speedo reluctor ring.
Downtowns are often similarly mis-described.

It once caught out a VisorDown tester....
